今度は紅茶教室（Natural Tea Time Lesson）を行います。春、夏、秋摘みそれぞれ旬のマカイバリ紅茶を飲み比べながら、紅茶のいれ方や紅茶の知識、バイオダイナミック農法などの話をします。

The Dussera holidays were about to be celebrated with
great pomp by the entire community as this is the biggest
festival of the region.
The holidays were set to begin from the 23rd October till
the 28th October.
At 2 am in the morning, the security guards at the factory,
knocked at my window,awakening me from deep slumber.
They informed me that a burglar had been caught inside the factory
stealing teas. I immediately informed the police,who asked for a
car to be sent to them for them to take any action.
I called my driver and sent him up to the police station.
Meanwhile, the other assistants together with the guards succedded in
apprehending two more burglars who had been hiding inside the factory
premises.The reason the other two had failed to escape from other
windows to safety was indeed statling. The entire Makaibari villagers
had encircled the factory,armedwith sticks and khukris(traditional
Gorkha fighting knife),joining thierhands so that not even an ant could escape.
All exits were effectively blocked by over 300 men and women.
The police arrived in due course and were taken aback at the solidarity of the throng.
As soon as the police entered,the entire mass commenced chanting in
one voice"we want justice--we want justice.
Why cannot the police come immediately. Why do we have to do their
job?" The continuous chanting of 300 people in unision was enough to
unnerve the police force. They turned to me for advice.
I suggested that he call for a larger force from their station.
Shakily ,the officer did so. It was dawn,when finally reinforcements arrived,
to escort the frightened burglars as well the original force to gaol.
It was truly an inspiring experience for me to witness the unity of
the villagers,to tackle a volatile situation so effectively,when the
temple(factory0 was under threat. This I feel can only occur when there is
considerable awareness that imparts the strength to overcome any adversity
jointly. The moral--united we stand,alone we are easily defeated.
